good day y'all ..have a bolt piece still in one of the holes where the air cond.adjuster pulley attaches to the engine, (taken off when i replaced the water pump recently and broke off when i reinstalled) and since its getting warmer outside...time to see if i can reinstall...what's the best way to get that piece out?

Depending on the situation/room try and make a slot in the bolt and remove it with a flat head screwdriver. Apply some wd-40 or anti-seize lube to help loose it as well.

Either that or drill out the bolt and re-tap the threads.

Use a bolt extractor to remove the piece still in the engine and reethread it with a heli-coil. Check this thread for the details. Good luck.

If it didn't break too deep, and came out easy before you broke it. You should be able to use a center punch and a reverse thread extractor. The kind, that drills first, then catches the bolt while still spinning. Something like this: http://www.newmantools.com/drillout/index.html
