help on 2002 mpv sliding door glass replacement needed

Try to replace the glass of my 2002 mpv sliding door.

Took out the interior plastic cover of the door, and found out there is no way to put the replacement glass in from here. The only way to put the glass in seems to be the exterior of the door. But the glass frame seems to be one piece.

Without taking apart some parts around the glass frame to gain more opening, it seems to be impossible for me to put the replacement glass back in. I just don't know how to do that. Could anybody help me out? Thanks!
