do you mean the outside handle no longer works, or the whole door does not slide?

Sweet 05 Vegas MPV!!! That pic was priceless. laughter laughter

Would also work but by no means necessary Gr4vy4rd. I have some pics on the work computer to remove the rear sliding door panel that have been meaning to post to get to the real cause of water intrusion into the lower sliding door area but have not done so yet. Is really quite easy to do. Once the door handle is removed using a standard tool for removing the c-clip then the panel just pops right off. The c-clip is the same as is used on so many older manual window crank handles but will try to get a pic posted up of the tool and backside of the handle. There are six push in clips around the sides and bottom of door panel that are easily popped loose. I just grab a hold of the front cupholder and pull outward with the door fully closed and work around the panel to release all 6 clips and panel will then pull right off with no other fuss.
Let me see if can into the shop in the morning so I can upload the pics I have and see if that will make easier for getting it done.

Here is a little bit of info from the shop manual that I can post up tonight.

Remove the sliding door garnish. (See SLIDING DOOR GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Remove the sliding door inner handle.
Remove the regulator handle if equipped.
Disengage clips A using a fastener remover.

Pull the sliding door trim upward, then disengage hook B from the body.
Disconnect the power window sub switch connector if equipped.

This shows the location of the pop in clips that retain the panel into position.

This is the first part to remove the upper garnish trim. It also just pulls straight out with a few snap in clips

if the window and electric door locks just stop working, make sure the brass button contacts on the door jamb and the door are clean.
