I've been putting this job off for ages, but finally got under there this afternoon and replaced the driver's side bushing. Passenger side tomorrow I hope!

Anyway, the entire steering bum'y doesn't have to be dropped as shown in the FSM. Rather, I worked with the front wheels on ramps. It took a couple of hours to do the one side. The front end is a lot quieter over bumps now - I look forward to getting the other side done.

Each clamp (one clamp per side) is held in with two 14 mm bolts which go in from the top, so you have to work blind.

I used replacement rubber bushings from the dealer.
