OK, I finally got to take pictures and write it up. See my alternate idea to tether anchors in the third row here, in the DYI section.

Well we have a COSTCO booster seat and it has no adjustment from the front, you have to adjust on the back of the seat, which means to remove the seat adjust it and install it again.

Here is what you can do if you don't want to take the booster out. Disconnect the tether strap if you have one. Recline the seat backward. Do the adjustment on the back of the booster, than pop the seat back in up-right position. It sounds easier than it actually is to do it, but much easier than taking the booster out and back again. Put the tether strap back again if you have one.

If you are using a seat belt in the 2nd row on the behind driver seat to install the booster or car seat, here is simple way to tighten the safety belt. Make sure that the seat is pushed all the way back. Install car seat or booster. Push the seat forward notch or two, this will make the installation of the car seat or booster tighter without kneeling into the seat.

It is good idea to installed three child seats but position is matter so for that exactly behind the caption seat good for child point of view rather than keep in third row just to check out proper seat belt arrangement for each seat you can check it out lot of options here www.carseatvs.com/dofind
