Our 2009 5 still has (had) two of the original Hankook tires. Because their tread is not as good as the two newer Uniroyals, I've been running them on the back. Both Hankooks have developed slow leaks, and because we're lending the car out for a long trip, I thought I might replace them.

I pulled them this morning and was shocked to see significant splits on the inner sidewalls (that is, facing in toward the centre of the vehicle). There was no cracking on the outward-facing sidewalls.

Anyway, these were both ripe for a blowout. If you're still running with the original tires, beware.
