This may have been covered in a previous post, but is there an easy way to remove the driver's side arm rest cover on a '04 mpv? I have searched the posts with no results. I am a little afraid of putting any more pressure on the lumbar adjustment knob. Is there a secret to get it to release? My arm rest is just hidious with dirt and sweat build up! For now I would just like to throw it in the wash, but I will be replacing it soon if I can find a replacement.

never took it off but I have had cleaning success with the little green clean machine (biss*l brand) you could just scrub it with cleaner then use a wet/dry vac to remove all the mositure

I'll give that a shot. I was hoping to get it off, as if I could do that, the washing machine would take alot of labor out of the process.

Drivers Side requres you to remove a clip that holds the plastic knob, then you need a 24mm Deep socket to remove the nut
