Compared a Mazda5 (white with a dark red leather interior) and a Kia Rondo at the Show - the Mazda5 is a much nicer vehicle imo. The 5's interior has a better layout with better quality material. The instrument pod for the 5 looks well designed - the Rondo's looked a bit old-school. I think Kia is trying to position the Rondo as a quasi-CUV as the flooring feels a bit higher than the 5.

I didn't get to sit in the rear seats but the front seats of the Rondo had a slight edge over the 5 in comfort.

Then: '79 Plymouth Horizon, '88 VW Fox Wagon, '92 VW Jetta GL (DW), '96 VW Golf GL (DW), '97 Jetta GLX - Green, '03 MPV ES - Blue Mica (DW); '15 Hyundai Elantra GT - Titanium Gray Metallic (DW)
Now: '18 Hyundai Tucson - Silver (DW), '10 Honda Civic Si - Polished Metal Metallic blake

Sorry for replying soooo late. I think i last posted on this 6 or 7 monthes ago. They did make the 323 turbos in other markets, but in the US, we only recived them for the 1988-89 model years. The GT FWD sedan was offered only in 1988 and the GTX 4WD hatchback was offered in 1988-89. Both were available in very limited numbers.

Bought a rhondo...price is right and it is sweet! 5 year fix it if it breaks bumper to bumper warranty is amazin'! My MPV has been in the shop 4 times and all under warranty... the warranty is up now... drove a 95 buick 14 years and never needed the shop.

Going naked ( no warranty) with the MPV scares me. If the Mazda thing is that good, Mazda should have a 5 year bumper to bumper
