Hey there! Glad to see this forum is still active -

I replaced the entire motor assembly with a pull (50$) - still had the same problem so bought a PSD controller module for 35$, just installed it ...

Your PSD issue sounds very similar to mine, but opposite side, passenger.

I checked the coolant level while cold and it was about 1/3 of the way between the L and F marks.

So I just noticed on a 10-12 min drive that my AC started to warm up, not cooling as much or at all just the last minute or so of this trip.
