My 2000 MPV LX started acting up this evening. Fan running all the time.

I see that the newer models have a fan control module but the 2000 does not.

What are my options?

Mine has just over 120,000 and is just starting to drip some oil. You might want to check underneath, it's likely that it could just be dripping from the oil pan gasket.

I replaced both lower control arms with aftermarket and would recommend doing the same.

The 2000-01 vans have a different fan control system than 03 and later. 03+ have the control module, 00-01 have a series of relays.

NAPA Ceramix pads have served me well and are not expensive. I used NAPA OEM replacement rotors as well.

No distributors on our 2000's, we use a computer-controlled coil pack, same as the later ones. The only way it could be timing is if the crank position sensor is messed up.
