Based on what Madbrad said about a rag to remove the clip, I googled around and found this:

I agree. We are on our second set of BFG KDWS'. This last time I got them on eBay from a seller called big_o_tire out of Hollywood, FL. You will need a different size than I use, and I didn't see them ...

WOW! How difficult of a job was that to do?
I know guys on the Volvo forums that have done such projects to their 850's and 98-00 S/V70's,
but it's very time consuming and way too much fab work.
